  • Not very high. There's always this sense of doom and gloom even when the numbers are high. The CEO likes to use intimidation and meetings with him are basically grillings over "why arent the numbers betters?" Even if targets are met. This trickles down to stressed out VP's and Directors and employees who consistently feel underappreciated.

  • It's mostly men, especially at the Director level and above. The NYC office has OK racial diversity but the other offices are less diverse.

  • Depends a lot. Some people work 10 or 12 hours a day, others seem to work 5 or less. Depends on your manager/responsibilities/current project. 9:30-6 is average.
