I made it a point to maintain positivity daily - keep my direct staff happy and enjoying their jobs - without knowing the struggles of making everything work with little to no support from upper management
The pay gap between male and female employees holding the same positions is still huge. It doesn't matter if the female has more education and experience. Male employees who join the company, get promoted faster, and paid much higher salaries.
SUPPORT - actually supporting ALL Managers in the company, not just the ones they see as cash cows! There is little support to the "little guy" sites that pre COVID were mocked & put aside as not important. Hey, guess what, COVID hit, those were the ones still making $. Yet, we were still ignored.
