I enjoy the job and working for this company. I forsee my future lying with this company and possibly retire from.

The paid time off is nice to have.

They work hard and move with a purpose.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to see the therapy dogs and of course making money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That we all work together as a team and work/walk with a purpose.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting to see the therapy dogs is the highlight of everyone's day there at the hospital.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was straight to the point and there wasnt any hidden experience we had to know beforehand.

Seeing the regular guests who come in brings us all joy, especially if they bring their therapy dogs in too.

I love the PTO I receive once a year. It's nice being able to get that "bonus" for doing extra work.

That they work as a team for the most part and if they have any questions they ask the supervisor or manager

They work hard and work together. They have strive every day at work and that's one of my goals I want to have accomplished as a supervisor.

I liked that the interview wasn't hard or I wasnt nervous while speaking. Also that I was asked not just random questions but ones that needed to be known about what I'm able to do.
