Better scheduling, better organization better team
SUPPORT - actually supporting ALL Managers in the company, not just the ones they see as cash cows! There is little support to the "little guy" sites that pre COVID were mocked & put aside as not important. Hey, guess what, COVID hit, those were the ones still making $. Yet, we were still ignored.
Zero benefits of any kind. Provide work/live balance for salaried managers.
Pay is extremly low, we are not respected, employement expects for us to go above and beyond, very undervalued
The pay gap between male and female employees holding the same positions is still huge. It doesn't matter if the female has more education and experience. Male employees who join the company, get promoted faster, and paid much higher salaries.
I feel valued, but the company underpays and to wait a year for health benefits is crazy. So is the very conservative paid time off policy.
