TracFone Wireless – Recent Tracfone service after Verizon acquisition has been terrible. Service agents are either unqualified to solve problems or because of language barriers or do not understand the problem after detailed info. Have tele-met with 5 agents to no avail: same issue. Issued "tickets" did not follow up.
