Foster transparency, provide the ability for individuals to do something meaningful. Trust employees. Not everything must come from management in order for it to be valid. Consider that there are smart people in the company that aren't necessarily managers.
Pay is below market average. Friday lunches are a joke and only based on what certain people like, without any solicitation from what others may enjoy. The kitchen really only has pop and a granola bar, not exactly my idea of well stocked.

Managers do not listen and just dictate what needs to happen. Leads to a lot of resistance and a general lack of ownership. Despite the FHAB values, many people lack accountability at the very least. Honesty also tends to be non-existent.
The interviewers have no experience. Lots of repeated question. They have no idea how to find good vs bad candidates. Make you run through unnecessarily long interview (3 hours+)
Work is boring and often considered chaotic. No one seems to care anymore and just going about their day to day. It is all a routine and you can tell that many are either looking to get out or are just hanging around because the environment is easy.
