What are some of the best things about your team?Team members are fantastic and smart. Enjoy collaborating and working with them. Even enjoy hanging out with them outside of work!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Foster transparency, provide the ability for individuals to do something meaningful. Trust employees. Not everything must come from management in order for it to be valid. Consider that there are smart people in the company that aren't necessarily managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is below market average. Friday lunches are a joke and only based on what certain people like, without any solicitation from what others may enjoy. The kitchen really only has pop and a granola bar, not exactly my idea of well stocked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managers do not listen and just dictate what needs to happen. Leads to a lot of resistance and a general lack of ownership. Despite the FHAB values, many people lack accountability at the very least. Honesty also tends to be non-existent.
