We are given everything we need.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is hard to answer. It's a little bit of everything. There's quality leadership, established culture, fair benefits, and treatment, solid employees, and a clearly outlined company vision. Overall, there's really not a lot to complain about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really strive not to have useless meetings. If it can be communicated in a memo or a Slack post, then we do that. Company culture is big here. Everyone seems to have bought in and we all work hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Expectations are clear. Company culture is well defined and integrated into all employees. When an error is made, there isn't any finger-pointing or blame assigning. Instead, the team applies extreme ownership, constructive debate, and radical candor so that the team can move forward and improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When something goes wrong, we don't assign blame or point fingers. Instead, we apply the principles of constructive debate, extreme ownership, and radical candor so that we can move forward and improve. There is also very little (if any?) internal drama between employees.
