I started the company set back by how friendly everyone was, our stand-ups and meetings are always focused on our values - the focus being to care for each other and have each others' backs. The company is on a whole other level compared to what I've experienced. They've ruined my expectations haha

Leadership at Osmosis live the values daily. This company is bar none the most extraordinary organization in terms of care and workplace environment. Definitely the best employer I've had to date by leaps and bounds. This is not a robot or paid advert, genuinely astounded at my experience so far.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's sometimes hilarious how culty good the company is, I mean I used to pretty resentful towards employers before joining Osmosis - the fact that their focus is on your health and well-being never comes across as half-hearted, it's a full on eery how much everyone cares. But i love it now!
