Very positive experience in corporate roles. There's the typical big company navigation, but more personal interest taken in actually growth & developing people than I've found at any other large company. Very positive culture, focuses on balancing business needs with taking care of their people.

Great culture, competitive salary, very good benefits, people centric, large focus on sustainability, ability to make a positive impact on the business and environment. Large (too large) focus now on gender and diversity in leadership beginning to drive some poor hiring and promotion decisions.
