Leadership doesn't listen to employees
Everything, parent company AEGON is a dutch company with 1st gilder they ever made. TRS can't recover as long as they are connected to them
I would feel better about my pay if I got any extra income based on holding a Masters. But, it doesnt matter to company.
If leadership listened to employees suggestions without getting instantly shut down
Stagnant raises or no raises, sub par medical with super high deductables
Listen to each other more
New Communications Staff and department
better training so less coachings and a lower turn over rate
New Management and an infusion of capital

There could be more financial incentives, right now the basic call center gets lots more bonuses and rewards than a standard employee.
