What are some of the best things about your team?Several of the team members that I worked with were awesome. They worked hard and were good sounding boards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Very forward looking, not satisfied with the status quo. The company not only has grown in head count and revenue but the number of job titles has also expanded, so there is room for growth for employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?It meets my families needs and then some. You are rewarded for the good work you do.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The interview process was easy. 3 rounds. What I will say is most things that I was excited about in the interview process wound up not coming to pass. So unfortunately you cant take stock in what you are told in the interview.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The culture is an ego driven fest. It gets old really fast. Way too many meetings discussing nothing/way to meetings that no one shows up to. The merry go round just got toxic and I had to get off much like you will want to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company paid fairly well however it quickly was outpaced by how bad it was to work there.
