Managers need to put themselves in the employee shoe. All they do is hide in the office until somebody makes a mistake.
Taking care of the workplace employees. The people doing the actual job. Quit having a revolving door with people who have never worked an airline security checkpoint.
Better training especially with dealing with the flying public. Too many officers think that the uniform gives them the right to yell at passengers and be rude to them.
It doesn't matter what our managers do they still get paid the same. The employees get blamed for mistakes that they make because of short staffing and managers putting them in situations where they will fail.
