Overall, I am happy and extremely grateful for this opportunity. I have had a lot of personal and professional growth in the last several months. New friends have been made and new experiences to grow as an HR professional is invaluable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some things are swept under the rug instead of being dealt with management, and all of the new associates that have gone above and beyond are not recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the BEST! We have increased our branch hours in a short amount of time, we learn from each other, and we believe in each other. We are a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The small company and quarterly meetings. It brings us all together. Also, the fact that we all work together and employee files are open for everyone to work with candidates for different positions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team knows you by name. They are committed to ensuring everyone is always trained on the new updates, and the open door policy. All of my coworkers from other branches feel like family. The quarterly meetings are the best and help comradery.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customer interaction and educating candidates who may not quite be up to par on their resume or interview skills. I enjoy giving positive feedback to help candidates. Even if I am not able to place them on assignment, they will remember that TRC cared enough to help them and make them better.
