All machinist do the same jobs but have different levels of pay. All about running production and don't let you learn new things to advance. Must wait years to get more pay for the same work. Hourly employees get far less time than salary pto should be same.
The company overworks employees, but will not pay for the over time. C-lever managers get bonus and all privillige benefits. Employees get nothing. Reward people by performance instead of by title.
