Actually care. Stop changing things for the worse. Better training and advance opportunities. Give blacks a chance to grow with the company like they do for white employees

Incompetent, dishonest, unprofessional management is tolerated. Loyalty and integrity are being punished. Money are spent on marketing propoganda. A blind eye is kept for the real problems in the organization.

A better health plan with no deductible

All machinist do the same jobs but have different levels of pay. All about running production and don't let you learn new things to advance. Must wait years to get more pay for the same work. Hourly employees get far less time than salary pto should be same.

The company overworks employees, but will not pay for the over time. C-lever managers get bonus and all privillige benefits. Employees get nothing. Reward people by performance instead of by title.

Overwork people. False promise. No compensation.

some of them started a job did damage and blame to me and a second job too and like talked about anothers employees and don't like new peoples include Maribel told first day live the here and is not the first time she did this and told me too we nit equal and anothers supervisor act unrofessional

Lack of a real leadership in the team. Strong performers that volunteerly want to take a leadership role are being forced out.
