What did you like most about the interview process?One of the things that stood out to me the most about the interview process was the transparency and honesty of the interviewers. They gave me a realistic view of what it would be like to work at Trendyol and were upfront about the challenges and expectations of the role.
What are some of the best things about your team?Incredibly positive and supportive culture. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and there is a real sense of community among the employees. There is also a strong emphasis on professional development, and the company provides many opportunities for employees to learn and grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The management team provides clear direction and are always available to help with any questions or concerns. I feel like my opinion is valued and that I am able to make a real impact on the company.
