What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest and willing to listen to new ideas.
Not resistant to change. Constantly looking to grow.

Respect for employees; encouraging real collaboration
Safety first. Think of the employees well being vs. how to keep pushing for more money to be made at risk to employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the profits at this company, the 401K match should be higher, bonuses should be uniform for all bonus-eligible employees and benefits should be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse backgrounds, educations and points of view. Always have Trex's best interest in mind.
Great attitude, team works well together and we have fun at work while still being productive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are lazy and disrespectful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to challenge each other in a professional manner.
Coworkers are hard-working and care about one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership!! Does the right things on behalf of employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with the highest levels of the organization. Their warmth and honesty was very much welcomed.
Felt comfortable with the interviewers. It seemed like everyone was really listening and wanted someone who would fit in.
