What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be nice.
Communicative and hard working people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not micro manage or target people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure quite yet.
Bonuses are paid and hard work is recognized.
Fair wage and bonus structure. Decently priced benefits, great 401K.
We get a yearly 10 percent bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not allow supervisors treat people poorly
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team lead and co workers. They are always willing to help and answer all the questions.
Hardworking people who put patients first in all they do.
We always pull together for the greater good of the program.
We have a family atmosphere, everyone looks out for each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible so i can go in if i want to but worj remote if i want to
We stay focused on the business at hand.
Very family oriented and directed at maintaining work life balance

Treat employees like human beings

Clear and consistent messages about expectations.
Getting broad exposure to various team members.
It wasn't adversarial or like an interrogation
