How employees describe working at Tribune Publishing Company

Good but frustrating sometimes but

I work in one of the distribution warehouse the agents hired by the tribune to run for home delivery... we are routinely harrassed and threatened by the agent while certain ppl can show up IF or WHEN they feel like it.

With the consolidation in the industry, there is little opportunity for upward mobility. Many new tasks and responsibilities will be tacked on with no change in compensation. The "feel" is dismal. Colleagues are exiting at a fast rate. It's difficult to see a future with the organization.

Flexible work environment and very open to new ideas.

Makes aggressive yet smart business decisions
