My direct supervisor is awesome, the rest seem to be a group of shitheads from the bottom all the way to the top. Out of touch, and remedial it seems.
Open door policy. Very transparent. They regularly communicate with staff.

I have a pretty complex job, that is high volume at times, and some schmuck in a entry level position is making as much as me.

The evening crew without managers around is great.

I did like that you get to meet with the people you will work with during the interview process. I also had the opportunity to shadow and that was great.
