Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is awesome, the rest seem to be a group of shitheads from the bottom all the way to the top. Out of touch, and remedial it seems.
Open door policy. Very transparent. They regularly communicate with staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It would be nice if they communicated better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous paid time off. Good health plan with several perks (wellness at work, free gym).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a pretty complex job, that is high volume at times, and some schmuck in a entry level position is making as much as me.
Management could be more understanding and considerate of its employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work by myself, don’t have to deal with folks and rarely see my manage
My team is small, but very productive. We have our hands in every printed/electronic piece that comes out of our company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people in general and how welcoming and they just are there too be honest
The evening crew without managers around is great.
I love the working environment. I have a comfortable space and great coworkers that I spend the day with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I did like that you get to meet with the people you will work with during the interview process. I also had the opportunity to shadow and that was great.

The actual work is great, nothing else about the job is enjoyable though.
The great people and the environment that fosters and values education.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Fair wages. We are severely underpaid for the work we do.
