The actual work is great, nothing else about the job is enjoyable though.
interesting. loads of new knowledge tp learn from, very limited staffing which it can make it overwhelming. constantly working 24/7 except for holidays but then go back after that. fast pace in general. depending on where you get hired but the team I work with is very goal oriented and supportive,
That place needs a union. Management is out of hand at times, overworked staff, due to being understaffed, no real incentive to not look for another job. Obvious favoritism amongst supes and certain staff. Raises are a joke. Cool work, shit place to do it.
Open door policy. Very transparent. They regularly communicate with staff.
It would be nice if they communicated better.
