This company is very good at staying positive in adversity and giving people hope for better things in the future.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewer gave specific examples of demands at work. There were many good, open-ended questions that allowed the interviewer to get a solid idea of who they were interviewing.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is poised to respond dynamically to situations as they develop. Equipment malfunction or personal issues can be handled deftly. Zero tolerance for drama or toxicity. They do their best to accommodate the physical abilities of employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay rate is less than competitors. Pay raises are annual and are incremented less than inflation. Workweeks are 65+ hours. Strict medical clearance standards and no support for medical issues above legal mandate. No unemployment support or insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?

This company has a team of polite, non-toxic, hard-working, tolerant individuals who love to facilitate growth and inclusion in the workplace. They are very tolerant of mistakes made by people who are learning and doing their best. A great entry-level environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Inadequate SOP. Processes are run outside of spec to meet targets. Attainment goal 200% process capability sometimes. Ad-hoc solutions and poorly formulated plans in the name of dynamic response and continuous improvement sabotage this companies prospects for the brightest future. Lack of capital.
