This company provides good entry-level positions that require little skill or experience. They could benefit from capital investment and by developing safe, sustainable operating procedures. The required hours one must work and the labor demands placed on employees are excessive by general consensus
Its an amazing experience,for me a big help for my entire years of experience,but the management in Akutan in some departments,worst ever.For example,the spouse/relative/close friend is one of the plant manager or manager,their spouses has power to follow their own rules only,
