What do you like best about the leadership team?Need less high dollar leadership, and more knowledge.

What is the best part about your compensation package?It is the fishing industry. What can I say?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Its better not to hire a people with relatives/spouse on the company,so unfair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Inadequate SOP. Processes are run outside of spec to meet targets. Attainment goal 200% process capability sometimes. Ad-hoc solutions and poorly formulated plans in the name of dynamic response and continuous improvement sabotage this companies prospects for the brightest future. Lack of capital.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay rate is less than competitors. Pay raises are annual and are incremented less than inflation. Workweeks are 65+ hours. Strict medical clearance standards and no support for medical issues above legal mandate. No unemployment support or insurance.
