Their inconsistency in keeping staff informed of major decisions until after the fact.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To receive at least a cost of living increase
Past experience is not always included in salary determination. I'd feel better if there wasn't so much unnecessary spending on lunches every time SLT or Dept. heads meet, which is frequently 2 or more times a week.
Better options for benefit providers.

We have each other's backs.
