Salaried workers should be compensated when lack of staffing forces the remaining staff to work many extra hours each week for years.

Work hard. Professional. Mostly a positive team with tons of experience.

People need to be more grounded and employed their working skills not talking skills

Teams pull together quickly and efficiently to resolve issues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve the working environment for all staff, not just the executives and managers. The offices are disgusting.
Stop forcing this arbinger rubbish. Trying to fool employees to work harder with no incentive. People only for they families.
