Salaried workers should be compensated when lack of staffing forces the remaining staff to work many extra hours each week for years.

People need to be more grounded and employed their working skills not talking skills
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop forcing this arbinger rubbish. Trying to fool employees to work harder with no incentive. People only for they families.
