Paid leave for emergency situations
I receive a fair wage for work and receive bonuses for exceeding my expectations at the work place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid much lower than everyone else in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Multicultural and diverse, teammates help one another, especially showing the ropes to newcomers
Being able to share responsibility and help each other out with our issues.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was mostly easygoing, with the interview having more of a relaxed atmosphere
It was interactive and they had me get hands on experience with the equipment and practice making t-shirts.

The fact that I feel appreciated by my coworkers as well as the managerial staff
Being included on daily projects and seeing customers react when they pick up their custom orders.
