Truckstop.com Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love the commission accelorators. Pushing us to go above and beyond quota

Review from HR Dept

Review from Marketing Dept

Offers above average market pay

Review from Sales Dept

I think that the package allows for the employees to concentrate on the work at hand and knowing their family from a benefits standpoint is covered.

Review from Marketing Dept

We have unlimited vacation days

Review from Marketing Dept

Flexibility with time and schedule.

Review from Marketing Dept

They don't just pay per region, they understand the idea of today's remote work and make sure your compensated according to the rest of the country, not just your city and/or state.

Review from Marketing Dept

I appreciate the health insurance packages available. My family rarely pays out-of-pocket for medication and doctor's visits because of employer HSA contributions.

Review from Marketing Dept

I believe that my compensation reflects my skillset and the value I bring to the team.

Review from HR Dept

Truckstop.com has one of the most competitive compensation packages in the area. They pay way above minimum wage for lower tier positions and provide things like unlimited PTO for salaried employees.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No equity option, and our benefits are so/so. Unlimited PTO is great and appreciated. would like to see true family benefits, and FMLA options for partners under 1year tenure.

Go back to original commission plans and hire a manager that isn't bullshitting their way to the top.

Review from Sales Dept

They screwed us on our bonus and it was obvious that the numbers were manipulated, so they wouldn't have to pay. Back to that transparency.
