What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, kind and dedicated to a vision not just the bottom line. We'll always do what's best for our customers even if it isn't the best "business" thing to do. This approach means we make a real difference in the lives of those who are unfairly under-served by other financial institutions.

I have never worked anywhere before that walks the walk on culture rather than just talking about it.

Everyone made time for me in follow up questions I had post interview (and pre-offer, so it wasn't a closing tactic.)

The ability to get things done. Logical, thoughtful projects can always be pursued - and we have a culture where experimentation is positively welcomed too.
