Everyone is very laid back and relaxed, but knows when business means business

Interacting with various level employees not just higher up ones.

Salary and bonus program are very competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rate was not the greatest and insurance caused significant cost to employees with copays. Insurance took forever to pay claims.
I have 10 years of gas station experience and still get paid min wage

Everyone does their job and is friendly.

Many coworkers unwelcoming. Too many clicks like in high school.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers that come in
Depending on location worked at depended on environment. Some areas were decent to work in while others were stressful either due to lack of staffing, lack of training, or lack of knowledge by those above.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the stores need to be bigger
