What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company contribution to my benefits is excellent
Competitive salary and fair monthly cost for insurance,
Just the fact that I receive benefits from my company is good enough for me! The healthcare coverage is not expensive and for me personally I feel like it is good quality coverage.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work so well together. We have similar backgrounds and situations and that benefits us working as a team.
They are experienced leaders, subject matter experts and they pay attention to the needs of our customers and teammates
Interchangeably independent and interdependent. We get stuff done, but work very well together.
Opinions are valued and results are achieved.
They are team players and share their coding knowledge.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is amazing. The company understands that while work is important, life/family is more important.
Collaborative and close knit team that is dedicated to the success of one another and the company as a whole
We are driven by integrity and there is no fear of being transparent, internally or externally.
We are a mostly remote company, but we still feel connected.
Family oriented (Family first in case when there is a family emergency, you are allowed time off with no worry about you job).

What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed meeting with my now current director. She is on fire for this company and is a wealth of knowledge.
Focused on technical skill and cultural fit
Roundtable interview. Lots of discussion.
I loved that it was over the phone rather than face to face.
