What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home is amazing. The company understands that while work is important, life/family is more important.

Collaborative and close knit team that is dedicated to the success of one another and the company as a whole

We are driven by integrity and there is no fear of being transparent, internally or externally.

We are a mostly remote company, but we still feel connected.

Family oriented (Family first in case when there is a family emergency, you are allowed time off with no worry about you job).

Understandable when need to be off of take a PTO day.

I work from home, so I can dress comfortably and listen to whatever I'm in the mood for

The work schedule flexibility and understanding that I'm not just a worker, I'm a person. I've never had a problem flexing my schedule to accommodate appointments, my child's important activities, or emergencies. When I did have an emergency, my managers were concerned about me first not the work.
