I'm very happy with my decision to work for Trust. I believe that they're invested in making sure their employees have everything they need to succeed. Even when we face difficulties I feel confident in my job security.

I was asked about my abilities and qualifications, there weren't any hypothetical or out-of-the box questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great with helping all the coders. I definitely feel like I'm able to ask for help if I need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We aren't just called a team, we act like a team, I feel like I can reach out to any number of people for help and I'm happy to help others in return.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work schedule flexibility and understanding that I'm not just a worker, I'm a person. I've never had a problem flexing my schedule to accommodate appointments, my child's important activities, or emergencies. When I did have an emergency, my managers were concerned about me first not the work.
