They are highly collaborative and open to cross-team cooperation and communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The individual people's attitudes and approaches to the culture. TR is great at hiring people that then shoulder the responsibility for the culture and environment when leadership policies are lacking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be as transparent as possible about business decisions and the state of the company at a given time. Individual leaders are very accessible by the rest of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to interview with most of the department I'd be working in. I got a really strong sense of who my coworkers would be and what they're like, which was very influential for me.
