By an large the company is very benevolent to it's people. However, not always for the right reasons. There's a lot of dead wood and complete lack of accountability.

The cooperation and the way kind and courteous way people treat each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company offers no way to advance one's pay unless one threatens to leave the company. Then and only then does the company step up.
