Daniel J. Weber — Senior VP, General Counsel & Secretary at TTM Technologies

Mr. Daniel J. Weber, also known as Dan, has been a General Counsel and Secretary of TTM Technologies, Inc. since February 18, 2016 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Weber served as the Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Director of Viasystems Group, Inc. since May 31, 2015. He served as Secretary and Vice President of DDI Corp. since May 2012. He served as Secretary and General Counsel of Viasystems Group Inc. Mr. Weber served as Vice President and Secretary of Viasystems Inc. and Viasystems North America, Inc. He joined TTM in 2015. He served as General Counsel for Viasystems for approximately 11 years and had served as in-house counsel for Viasystems for over 15 years. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Courtesy Corporation. He served as a General Counsel of International Wire Group, Inc. He worked in private practice at Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C. Mr. Weber completed his undergraduate work from University of Kansas and received his Law Degree from St. Louis University.
