I started working in the test department and was give opportunities to use my electrical knowledge and schooling to advance. Those opportunities lead to 2 promotions in less than a year. My story won't apply to anyone off the street but, I do believe if you work hard you will be given opportunities.

It really feels like we are all on the same team. When there's a production issue everyone above and below are contributing. It's not just suits barking down orders.

Lots of gimmicky perks to keep you But when you weigh the miserable life you have, its really not worth it

It took many years of dedicated focus and being 100% yield with so few scraps. Life experiences taught me backyard mechanics so I was given the preventative maintenance duty as well as machine operation in many departments. Thus earnings recognition and respect to leading our team into customer care

It's the top It will not change They consider thenselves gods and treat customers as if they have no other choice Mostly because they bought up every other business and three away the employees

We need mire communication with each leaders involved

Pay for new employees keeps raising but pay for employees that have been with Ttm for 5 to 10 years doesn't increase if you make 25G per yr
