How employees describe working at TTM Technologies
I started working in the test department and was give opportunities to use my electrical knowledge and schooling to advance. Those opportunities lead to 2 promotions in less than a year. My story won't apply to anyone off the street but, I do believe if you work hard you will be given opportunities.
Knowing one's views and overall goals our customers are my customers our teams are my teams, we are TTMONE customers come first in my daily goals as I take pride in my workmanship I take honor by ensuring the smoothest production manufacturing processes and ensuring meeting the goals in quality.
I have been given many career development opportunities during my 10+ years at TTM. It is a family feel at my location.
Team work, support from other locations.

What needs to change to make the company culture better at TTM Technologies?
Pay for new employees keeps raising but pay for employees that have been with Ttm for 5 to 10 years doesn't increase if you make 25G per yr

Leader ship doesn't make cost effective decisions. Just by equipment based on looks. Not performance

Make less money per hour than starting pay of cheese factory across street. (Schriber's) but a interesting job having tanks of muenagens
