Does Tubular Labs drug test or do a background check?
We do not do a drug test. We do, however, do a background check -- 1) We care about teamwork and collaboration and a safe, trusting work environment. So we do need to know if any prospective teammate has an arrest record, especially for anything violent 2) We trust each other, so if someone's actual confirmed background (dates of employment, title, responsibilities) doesn't match what they represent on their resume or linkedin, it would give us great pause
