What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management from HQ is so bad. The are not only seeking high number of sales without giving any support, but also creat more trouble for sales ppl to reach the goal. No solid strategy, delay respond. If the store face any trouble? Good luck for getting any help.

Too much drama. I don't even understand, since there is no individual comission.

Company has recognition & reward programe.

Formal but casual. Formal interview environment, some routine questions follow by some small talks that can represent candidate's personality

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HQ will change the sales goal spontaneously. DM has no control of it & wouldn't tell the team, not until the team find out by themselves! Zero communication

The operation of HQ can do their jobs by support the sales team properly
