Formal but casual. Formal interview environment, some routine questions follow by some small talks that can represent candidate's personality
HQ will change the sales goal spontaneously. DM has no control of it & wouldn't tell the team, not until the team find out by themselves! Zero communication
The management from HQ is so bad. The are not only seeking high number of sales without giving any support, but also creat more trouble for sales ppl to reach the goal. No solid strategy, delay respond. If the store face any trouble? Good luck for getting any help.
