What do you like best about your company?Medicare, Discount, & R&R programme
What do you like best about the leadership team? The management from HQ is so bad. The are not only seeking high number of sales without giving any support, but also creat more trouble for sales ppl to reach the goal. No solid strategy, delay respond. If the store face any trouble? Good luck for getting any help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Benefit for full-time employee is good
What would you most like to see improved at your company? The operation of HQ can do their jobs by support the sales team properly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too much drama. I don't even understand, since there is no individual comission.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?HQ will change the sales goal spontaneously. DM has no control of it & wouldn't tell the team, not until the team find out by themselves! Zero communication
