I think TurnKey is a fair and straightforward company that sets a clear compensation package when you're hired. I think the best part is having a complete compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the way that teams and different level positions interact throughout the company. Our team regularly meets outside of work and promotes a healthy and fun work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting the opportunity to meet several of the team members I would directly be working with. That gave me the insight I needed to feel comfortable accepting this position.

I think my team genuinely cares about making TurnKey better, by innovative and constantly creating new ways to help grow the company. In addition, everyone cares about each other's work/life balance which is extremely important to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team includes some of the industry's most experienced executives. Part of what makes them great leaders is their ability to communicate company-wide goals to get everyone behind such a fun and innovative company. At TurnKey, every employee can contribute and help shape the future.
