The tests were not that tough, they called me quickly for a total of 3 interviews.

Changes are constant but if they do not work the exec team is quick to correct corse.

I have the freedom to test my ideas and see them impact our goals. Everyone is supportive and creativity is valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The company meetings are concise and keep everyone informed. Sometimes hard to attend due to scheduling but always recorded. It really comes down to the local meetings where ideas are shared and roadblocks removed.
