Nothing at all, because because they weren't truthful

There are never meetings, just expected to clean the homes and maintain no identity.we dont work together
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no communication. The management team is no team. They lie to each other, they lie to guests and their employees and the owners. They dont sanitize the homes as promised. They don't perform the management duties expected and agreed upon in the contract. They yell and and never return calls.
