What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to feedback and wants to improve
Very approachable, very smart, very accomplished
Transparency; open Q&As every week. They're all real human beings who treat others with that respect.
They take a servant leader approach - meaning leadership is there to help us do our jobs and not trying to micro manage.

100% paid healthcare, remote and flexible work schedule
Benefits are world-class. I've worked in very rich big tech companies, and these benefits align with those, rather than startups.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, creative, fun, smart, talented
Extraordinarily intelligent and motivated. Diverse in their own ways -- they come from all sorts of backgrounds, rather than a Silicon Valley monolith.
My team is a wonderful group of very smart, funny and respectful people. It is a pleasure to work with this group.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is seen as an individual with unique strengths. Areas for growth are accepted and people are given space to learn and grow.
We put a lot of focus on it. We published a full book of stories about our values, and how people have successfully put them into action. We recognize people at all-hands every week for their application of the values toward company success. We reward risk and good failures.
Our CEO is a phenominal human being.
The company culture promotes positivity, trust and candor. People are encouraged to give candid feedback without repercussion. The culture here actively removes and prevents toxic negativity. Positive = productive

What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication was good throughout
It was more a series of conversations than evaluations, where I was able to ask as many questions as they did.
Meeting with a variety of people that are actively involved in the conversation, not just taking notes in some recruiting software.
