How employees describe working at Tutor.com
I didn't have co workers other then the mentors.
Flexible schedule but very low pay and scarce training
Get rid of tests and recordings. If you don't trust your people to do their job, the problem is you.
There are no meetings we don't meet anyone face to face. They don't even use Zoom meetings. Sometimes I imagine my quality specialist is a bot
Personally, I have found working at Tutor.com to be very anxiety-provoking. After being hired, I found that any and all initial training is unpaid. They have several manuals... The Classroom Manuel, The Tutor Manuel, etc. that you have to read on your own time. No paid training.
