Communication is non existant between executives and lower level management
TVH is a fun place to work. The colleagues are all friendly and politics is minimal. It's still a young and growing company, so it's fun to see that they really take your feedback into consideration, but on the flip side, you have to be agile and able to handle changes. Overall great place to work!
