Awful Leadership taking too msny shortcuts to launch products
People get treated unfairly, you can work hard but if you dont have connections you wont get anywhere. Many people within the company are unfriendly and many groups are established making it difficult to fit in. HR also do not take complaints seriously, and exist to make sure no one speaks out.
